Non-Scale Victories!

I’m going to link up with KJT and her NON Scale victory this week.  I like all this linking up with everyone because it gives me something to talk about.  

My first non-Scale victory is I logged all of my food for today into MyFitnessPal last night! I really liked doing that because I could look on it and see hey I need more protein, or I don’t need to eat so many carbs.  Maybe there’s something to this logging my food before I put it in my mouth.  

My second kind of non-scale victory is I realized this week, that I don’t have to lose all of my weight to celebrate.  I’ve made a few small goals.  My first is to lose my 10lbs this month to win this diet bet! Then I will just have 23lbs to get to my pre-pregnancy weight! 

My third NSV is this is my third blog post this week! yay! 

I don’t have any new pictures of Noah to post today.. I know bad Mom.  He did take his carrots better last night though.  G got a really cute video that I’ll have to post!

    On to your NSVs – congratulations! Logging all your food is huge! I’ve found that weeks where I’m strict with tracking I definitely see results! Thanks for linking up!
